"Finish Repairs"

Chuck Cohen will head up a round table discussion regarding finish repairs. Chuck is one of the few, if not the only Technician in our Chapter that offers complete finish repair services, but all of us come across minor blemishes from time to time: drinking glass rings, chips, dents, scratches. What can be done by the "typical" tuner to restore the pianos luster? Is Old English really too good to be true?
