"Improving touch - rebushing and fitting keys as part of an overall action upgrade" by Rob Bangert, RPT
For the piano thats not yet ready for rebuilding but is
lacking in touch control and tonal balance. Here is a plan to spend a
couple enjoyable shop days and make a very nice improvement to a grand
action. The focus will be on rebushing and fitting the keys using the
Bushmaster key bushing tool and the key easing iron with broaches.
