I
have worked most of my career totally on my own. In many ways I really like that. However, there are drawbacks. There is no one in place
to fill in when I need to be away or am ill. I don’t have another opinion on most jobs, even though I have always been in contact with
other technicians on many issues. Intricacies of pricing, general procedures get less review. In recent times I have been doing jobs
with Mike Vecchione. I have found this most beneficial. We do not have a business relationship like a partnership, but just work together
when it is beneficial for both of us. We have different perspectives, expertise, and backgrounds. The bottom line is that we both are
doing better work, and are learning and growing as a result of this association. Thanks Mike!
Have you ever considered working with someone else on a regular basis? It might be worth considering.
