Introducing Chris Smith

Dear RPTs of the Baltimore Chapter -

Just writing to introduce myself and our company. We have just opened a new store @ 2444 Broad Ave in Timonium, MD, located in the Broad Street Market. We are a full service
music store, but mainly specialize in pianos and band and orchestra instruments. For now, we are a full Yamaha dealer as well as Story and Clark and various used instruments
as well.

I look forward to meeting all of you and hopefully hosting a chapter meeting from time to time.

We have always used independent technicnans like yourselves to do all of our instore work and after sales support. If any of you are taking on additional work, please send me an
email and we will put you on our list of technicians. Please include your service area and what your basic tuning charge is and what your floor tuning charge would be (DON'T
WORRY WE DON'T EXPECT YOU TO WORK FOR FREE AND REALIZE COSTS IN MARYLAND AND NOT THE SAME AS IN PENNSYLVANIA) Also, are any of you Yamaha Disklavier
technicians and/or Clavinova Technicians?

Regardless, please stop in to say hello or give me a call or an email. I look forward to developing a friendship with all of you.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Best Regards,

Chris P. Smith
